The worlds first pop up plug and play auditorium comes to Burton upon Trent in late September. The Roundabout is a state of the art theatre with LED lighting and surround sound. We're passionate about local people experiencing the arts and we want as many people as possible to be able to experience live theatre, that's why we've put together a jam packed programme of live theatre, music and comedy, as well as family shows and workshops over three days.
The Roundabout will be coming to Burton upon Trent's Bargates site from Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th September.
To make all performances as accessible as possible, tickets are priced at just £5 adults and 2.50 children.
East Staffordshire Borough Council and the Brewhouse Arts Centre are excited to host a range of events this Autumn as part of its ongoing Stay Local campaign, aimed at helping the local area to recover from the Coronavirus pandemic.
The events are part funded through the European Regional Development Fund, as part of Government Welcome Back Fund Initiative. We hope that the events will increase footfall on our high streets and shopping areas as well as enable residents and visitors to discover East Staffordshire and what it has to offer in a covid secure and fun environment. From pop up venues to street theatre and outdoor film screenings and light shows there is so much for you to discover! Please get in touch if you are a local business or community organisation and you would like to find out how you can get involved in the Stay Local Campaign.
